What do you send me?
Plain-language educational information on the topic you choose, by email if you give one. If you opt in to texts, you also get short texts pointing to the same guides.
Will you pay my last-term balance?
No. We do not award money. We explain how completion programs are generally described.
Can you pick a program for me?
No. We do not recommend, rank or match you with schools or programs, and nobody pays us to mention them.
Is this where I apply for aid?
No. Applications go through the official channel, such as the FAFSA at StudentAid.gov, your state higher-education agency, or your school’s financial aid office.
Do you work with my school?
No. Capstelo is independent.
Who gets my information?
Nobody who awards aid or lends money. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with schools, lenders, scholarship services, lead buyers or other partners. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how it is used.
Do I have to share my phone number?
Not at all. Email, mobile number and ZIP code are optional, so the form needs just your name, your topic and the privacy checkbox.
How do I stop emails or delete my information?
Email [email protected] and we will remove you, or use the unsubscribe link in any message.
Can you estimate my grant amount?
No. Amounts are set by each program and school. We describe how awards are usually worked out so you know what to ask.
Are you a school, grant program or lender?
Not at all. We write general guides about how grants and aid work. We run no program and take no applications, and none of it is financial, legal or admissions advice.
Are texts required?
No. Texts happen only if you opt in with one unchecked box. Sign-up works without it.
How many texts will I get?
Expect up to roughly 8 texts a month; message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
